Creation of New Functional Materials
Kamiya & Katase Lab has developed new functional materials and semiconductor devices based on analyses of electronic structures and compurter simulations such as molecular dynamics, first-principles calculations and device simulations. Amorphous oxide semiconductor represented by IGZO is one of our achievement and is now employed for high-resolution smart phones and large-size OLED TVs.
